Ellie Wyatt is an artist, writer and educator based in London. Her practice examines how ‘truth’ is manifested, signalled and cultivated through visual and text-based languages. She is particularly interested in how photography and optics intersect with scientific epistemology and contemporary belief systems.
Ellie describes her work as fragmentary and constellation-based. She makes publications, prints, texts, installations, drawings and films, alongside leading lectures, workshops and reading groups. Her recent works have explored opacity and expertise in scientific image-making, and conspiracy theory in relation to the photographic and microscopic detail.
